ROOMZ is showcasing its second year at Integrated Systems Europe

ISE 2025 in Barcelona was a fantastic opportunity for ROOMZ to connect with workplace technology professionals from around the world. For the second year, we proudly showcased our innovative meeting room booking systems, desk booking solutions and workspace occupancy sensors.

Live demonstrations of wireless and sustainable technology

Attendees experienced how ROOMZ enables easy meeting room management. Visitors were truly impressed with our wireless meeting room displays with ultra-low-power technology, featuring a battery life of up to four years.
These features ensure companies can optimize workspace usage with minimal infrastructure changes and maximum efficiency.

Introducing the new ROOMZ Hybrid Work Box

One of the highlights of ISE 2025 was the launch of the ROOMZ Hybrid Work Box. It integrates desk occupancy sensors, meeting room sensors and huddle space monitoring to provide real-time insights into workspace utilization. With three months of access to myROOMZ and Advanced Analytics, companies can easily implement smart office management and enhance the employee experience.

ISE 2025 provided some great exchanges with facilities managers, IT leaders and workplace strategy experts. Discussions highlighted the growing demand for intelligent workspace scheduling tools and data-driven office optimization.

ROOMZ presents its unique concept at Europe’s largest audiovisual show – ISE 2024

As you may have seen from our previous communications, in January, ROOMZ exhibited for the first time at ISE in Barcelona. With its excellent overview of the latest advancements and trends in the fields of systems integration and unified communications, ISE is the international meeting place considered key by all professionals in our industry.

Once again, this year the level was set very high, with nearly 74,000 visitors from over 162 countries – an incredible exhibition for ROOMZ and a great way to raise our brand awareness!

We developed a completely new booth specifically for the event, showcasing our entire ecosystem for every kind of workspace, while retaining our green identity, the pioneering concept that drives our values, and the way our products are manufactured.

The 4-day event showed that the market for workspace management solutions is still expanding, and that analytics are becoming an increasingly important part of corporate office design strategies.

The ROOMZ solution clearly caught the interest of the visitors; its wireless features, high security, and one-step solution were the most highly valued design features.

In addition to being a trade exhibition, ISE provided the ROOMZ team with a global market overview, and acts as an incubator for our next strategic action plan.

What will the hybrid workplaces of tomorrow look like? This was the main theme of Orgatec 2022, the leading international trade fair for the modern world of work, which took place in Cologne, Germany.
